SCC Soft Computer (SCC) has been named one of the winners of Elearning! magazine's Learning! 100 Awards. SCC ranked 18th for the performance of their training program: Clinical Laboratory 101 | Laboratory Basics for Non-Medical Personnel. The award was revealed on Aug. 26 at the 2013 Enterprise Learning! Conference and Expo in Anaheim, Calif.
The awards recognize 60 corporate and 40 public sector organizations for outstanding learning culture, innovation or collaboration that drives performance. Learning! 100 applicants were evaluated across three criteria: Aberdeen Group's Best-in-Class Learning and Development assessment, EMG's Learning Culture index, and overall organizational performance.
SCC has been recognized over the years for its commitment to workforce training and professional development. SCC placed 3rd in the 2009 ASTD BEST Awards, and received two 2010 ASTD/ISPI OPAL Awards for Excellence in Team Success and Customer Satisfaction and the 2009 ASTD/ISPI OPAL Award for Excellence in Leadership Development.
