This webinar will explore the CLIA regulations regarding the QA requirements for the preanalytic phase of testing, and how you can meet those requirements. Emphasis will be placed on patient and specimen identification, and specimen handling. Sass calls on his considerable experience as a COLA regional surveyor and his knowledge and understanding of the CLIA regulations and COLA criteria to explain the concepts presented.
